The Perlove PLX7500 (Skybow series) is a mobile intraoperative 3D C-arm imaging system with a dynamic flat-panel detector. It provides real-time 2D fluoroscopy and high-resolution 3D, CT-like volumetric imaging from a single platform, for hospitals and surgical centres performing spine surgery, orthopaedic and trauma procedures, fracture reduction, and other image-guided interventions. What it does

The system acquires X-ray images during surgery and reconstructs them into three-dimensional volumes, letting the surgical team view the operative region in both 2D and 3D and check implant position and contour intraoperatively. Operators can switch between 2D fluoroscopy and 3D ("intraoperative CT") acquisition, with a full 3D scan completing in approximately 60 seconds. The motorized iso-centric orbital scan keeps the target region centred in the beam throughout rotation, which helps limit motion artefacts.

• Workflow: mobile chassis, wireless connectivity to compatible navigation systems, and a touchscreen interface designed for sterile-field operation.
