Lepu ADC CH196

The Lepu ADC CH196 Fully Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor is a floor-standing, walk-away laboratory system for automated DNA/RNA sample preparation. Built around the magnetic-bead extraction method, it carries a single run from raw sample through lysis, binding, washing and elution, then on to template distribution, PCR reagent dispensing and product recovery. It is intended for clinical, molecular-diagnostics and research laboratories in the Philippines that need to standardise extraction and set up PCR reactions with minimal manual handling. The ADC CH196 is manufactured by Lepu Medical Technology / Yantai Addcare Bio-tech and is supplied and serviced locally by Medisense (Osyali Construction & Trading, Inc.).

• Intelligent plate-transfer arm (gripper): moves microplates between deck modules along an independent Y-axis and keeps holding the plate even during a power failure.
• Biosafety handling: UV disinfection of the work area and a waste-tip cleaning function to reduce biological hazards and waste contamination.
• Open reagent platform: open/closed system optional, with broad compatibility across common extraction reagents; OEM/ODM supported.
• Integrated barcode scanning of samples and deep-well plates for traceability.

The instrument ships as a fully automated benchtop-cabinet workstation comprising the working cabin, 4/8-channel pipetting head, intelligent plate-transfer gripper, 1×96 magnetic extraction module, rail sample carrier, reagent carrier, tip carrier and integrated barcode scanner.
