Lepu NA4424

The Lepu NA4424 Nucleic Acid Automatic Extraction System is a fully automated benchtop laboratory instrument that prepares nucleic acid samples for downstream molecular workflows. In a single run it automates nucleic acid extraction, purification, and bisulfite (sulfite) conversion, the chemical step used to prepare DNA for methylation analysis. It is intended for use by molecular biology laboratories, clinical diagnostic laboratories, research facilities, and public health laboratories in the Philippines that need consistent, hands-off sample preparation across multiple samples.

By consolidating extraction, purification, and conversion into one walk-away workflow, the NA4424 reduces manual pipetting steps and supports reproducible sample handling.
