Perlove PL300B Orthopedic Surgical Robot

₱83,520,000.00

The Perlove PL300B is an intelligent surgical navigation and positioning robot designed to assist surgeons during spinal and orthopedic procedures. Manufactured by Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., it combines an optical tracking system, intraoperative 3D imaging, planning software, and a robotic arm to help the surgical team plan implant trajectories and guide the placement of instruments and implants with sub-millimeter navigation accuracy. It is intended for use by qualified surgeons and operating-room staff in hospitals and surgical centers performing minimally invasive and open spine surgery.

The system pairs a navigation/workstation cart (carrying a large rotatable surgical display, a workstation monitor, and an optical tracking camera) with a separate mobile robotic-arm cart. Using intraoperative 3D image data and self-adaptive registration, the PL300B aligns patient anatomy, the imaging system, and the robotic arm so the surgical plan can be carried through to the procedure.

Key Features

  • Optical surgical navigation with an infrared optical tracking camera providing sub-millimeter (approximately 1 mm) positioning accuracy.
  • Six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm with a built-in force sensor; it can simulate planned motion and is designed to stop automatically when it meets an obstacle.
  • Self-adaptive registration technology that automatically coordinates the tracking camera, the patient, and the imaging system, reducing the need for manual registration steps.
  • Intraoperative 3D imaging integration with a 3D C-arm, so pre-operative planning is based on 3D image data captured in the operating room.
  • 34-inch rotatable surgical display for real-time intraoperative image feedback, plus a 29-inch workstation monitor for planning.
  • Intelligent planning software that lets the surgeon plan multiple screw paths in one session and visualize implant trajectories before placement.
  • Minimally invasive support: percutaneous workflows can be performed through incisions of approximately 1-2 cm.
  • Reduced fluoroscopy workflow: imaging is used at defined stages of the procedure; the manufacturer reports a substantially lower radiation dose compared with free-hand technique.

Clinical Applications

  • Pedicle screw internal fixation of the thoracic and lumbar spine.
  • Percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).
  • Minimally invasive and multi-segment spinal procedures, including lateral interbody fusion (LIF) workflows.
  • Positioning support for spinal lesion localization during surgery.
