Mindray BC-760 Auto Hematology Analyzer with ESR (5-Part Diff)

The Mindray BC-760 Auto Hematology Analyzer with ESR is a fully automated 5-part differential hematology analyzer that performs a complete blood count (CBC) and an erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) measurement from a single sample in one integrated benchtop instrument. It is designed for small-to-medium and medium-volume clinical laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and reference labs that want to consolidate CBC and ESR testing on one platform instead of running two separate analyzers. How it works

The BC-760 reports up to 33 parameters from whole blood, drawn from 109 measuring parameters. It uses Mindray's SF Cube 3D fluorescent cell-analysis technology (Scatter, Fluorescence, and 3D analysis) for WBC differentiation, the focusing flow / DC impedance method for RBC and platelet counting, the colorimetric method for hemoglobin, and a photometric method for the integrated ESR module. The instrument generates combined CBC and ESR results in one test in about 1.5 minutes.

Key features and specifications

• Integrated CBC + ESR: reports CBC and ESR together from one run in approximately 1.5 minutes, removing the need for a separate ESR analyzer. The photometric ESR method shows strong correlation with the traditional Westergren method, and combined CBC+ESR examination helps avoid interference from dehydration, polycythemia vera, and anemia on ESR results.
• 5-part WBC differential: SF Cube 3D fluorescent technology differentiates six WBC populations — Neu, Lym, Mon, Eos, Bas, and immature granulocytes (IMG) — within the 5-part differential class.
• Parameters: 109 measuring parameters in whole blood; 33 reportable parameters covering WBC, RBC, HGB, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, HCT, NRBC, PLT, PLT-H, MPV, PDW, PCT, IPF, and ESR.
• Optical PLT-H: combines small platelets from the impedance method with large platelets from the optical method in every CBC test, helping resist common platelet-counting interferences without extra reagents.

What is included, installation and service

Supplied as a complete benchtop analyzer with the integrated automatic ESR module, autoloader, and labXpert operating software as standard configuration. Mindray-validated QC and calibrator materials (the same as the BC-6000 series) and dedicated reagents are available separately to support routine operation. Medisense provides delivery, on-site installation, operator orientation, and after-sales technical support in the Philippines. The unit carries a 6-month warranty against factory defect (excluding acts of God and human error).
