Referral Program Philippines — Earn 10% on Medical & Lab Equipment
Osyali partner program
Introduce one facility.Earn on everything they buy.
Hospitals and laboratories do not buy one machine. They buy a bench, a room, sometimes an entire department — and you earn on the completed sale, whatever its size.
01 The offer
You earn 10% of every sale you introduce.
Across the entire catalog, with no cap on how many facilities you introduce. The same rate applies to a single weighing scale and to a complete laboratory automation line — and we install both. Terms and timing are confirmed in writing when you register.
02 What you can refer
A laboratory is never one machine
Hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, coagulation and imaging are separate benches, and a hospital equipping or upgrading buys them together. One introduction can put all of them on the table.
03 The scale
The scale we actually work at
These are not consumer products. The equipment below is bought by hospitals, reference laboratories and surgical theatres — and all of it is in scope for a referral.
01
Total laboratory automation
A four-lane transport line holding over a thousand tubes at once, with every sample RFID-tracked from the moment it is loaded to the moment the result posts.
04 What we do with it
What happens after you introduce someone
Our sales engineers go to the facility, look at the bench, and size the equipment against what the laboratory actually runs. You are not handing your contact to a call center.
05 How it works
Three steps, and two of them are ours
Introduce the facility
Send the facility name, a contact person and what they are looking for. We log the referral against your name the day it arrives.
We quote and close
Our team handles the site visit, the demonstration, the quotation and the negotiation. You do not need to know the equipment.
You are paid
Once the customer has paid and the equipment is installed and commissioned, your commission is released.
06 Rules & questions
Who can refer
You cannot be paid for referring your own employer, or any facility where you take part in the buying decision.
Commission paid to a doctor, laboratory head, procurement officer or administrator who influences their own facility's purchase is an inducement, not a referral fee — and for government hospitals it falls under the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
- Anyone else may join. No license, company or medical background needed.
- You must not sit on or influence the purchasing committee of the facility you refer.
- You must not be an Osyali employee, or work for a manufacturer we distribute.
- The facility must be in the Philippines. Our distributorships are territory-bound.
- The referral must be new to us. A facility already in discussion does not qualify.
Questions
What exactly counts as a referral?
A facility we were not already talking to, introduced by you with a named contact person. We log it against your name on the day it arrives and confirm it back to you.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction; our sales engineers handle the visit, the demonstration, the quotation and the negotiation.
What if they buy several machines?
Commission is on the completed sale, so a larger order is a larger commission. Facilities frequently buy more than one bench at a time.
When am I paid?
After the customer has paid and the equipment is installed and commissioned — not at quotation, not at order. On instalment sales the timing is confirmed in writing when you register.
What if the customer cancels or does not pay?
No commission is due. The program pays on completed sales only.
Is there a limit on how many facilities I can refer?
No limit.
Will tax be deducted?
Commission is income and subject to Philippine withholding tax. We issue the appropriate documentation.
Know a facility that needs equipment?
Send us the name and a contact person. We will confirm the referral against your name and take it from there.
