The Perlove PLX112B1 High Frequency Mobile C-Arm System is a mobile, high-frequency X-ray imaging system that provides real-time fluoroscopy and digital radiography. Built around a motorised C-shaped arm, it is designed for use by qualified medical professionals in operating theatres and procedure rooms, where it supports image guidance during orthopaedic, surgical, and interventional work such as bone repositioning, nailing, foreign-body removal, cardiac catheterisation, and pacemaker placement. Manufactured by Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., it is supplied in the Philippines by Medisense (Osyali Construction & Trading, Inc.).
How the system works
A combined high-frequency, high-voltage X-ray generator (5.0 kW maximum rated output) drives a fixed-anode, dual-focus X-ray tube. The X-ray beam passes through the patient to a Toshiba triple-field image intensifier (9″ / 6″ / 4.5″) and an imported ultra-low-light CCD camera, producing a live image on the monitors. Automatic, manual, and pulsed fluoroscopy modes are available, and the unit automatically tracks kV and mA during fluoroscopy to help keep image brightness consistent. A built-in digital workstation handles image capture, storage, and processing, with DICOM 3.0 image sending and printing.
