The Lepu ADC ELISA 200 is a fully automated, benchtop ELISA workstation that consolidates the complete microplate-based immunoassay workflow on a single platform. It is designed for clinical and laboratory professionals who run enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and need to automate the manual steps of sample and reagent pipetting, dilution, incubation, plate washing, and photometric reading. Built by Addcare for Lepu Medical, the ELISA 200 is intended for medium-throughput laboratories that want to standardize their immunoassay processing and reduce hands-on time.

What the ELISA 200 does

The workstation automates the full ELISA process from primary sample to result. A high-precision pipetting system transfers samples and reagents, an array of shaker-incubators holds the microplates at controlled temperature with mixing, a 96-well washer module performs the wash steps, and an integrated photometric microplate reader acquires the optical data. An intelligent plate-transfer arm moves each plate between modules for every processing step, and the ADCstation PC software controls all functions, executes the defined protocols, and handles data evaluation and result management.

• Multi-angle barcode reader for sample tube and reagent carrier identification, including detection of tubes without barcodes and empty rack positions.
• Plate-transfer arm that retains its grip on the plate even during a power failure.
