Overview
The Lepu ADC ELISA 200 is a fully automated ELISA workstation that consolidates the complete microplate-based immunoassay workflow onto a single benchtop platform. It is built for clinical and laboratory professionals who run enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and want to automate sample and reagent pipetting, dilution, incubation, plate washing, and photometric reading in one continuous process — reducing manual hands-on time and standardizing assay processing.
Available to Philippine laboratories through Medisense (Osyali Construction & Trading, Inc.), the ADC ELISA 200 is supplied as a complete, ready-to-run workstation for laboratories that want to move ELISA testing from manual bench methods to an automated platform.
What the ADC ELISA 200 does
The workstation automates the ELISA process from primary sample to result. A high-precision pipetting system transfers samples and reagents; an array of shaker-incubators holds microplates at controlled temperature with mixing for accurate reactions; a 96-well washer module performs the wash steps; and an integrated photometric microplate reader acquires the optical data for evaluation. An intelligent plate-transfer arm moves each plate between modules at every processing step, while the ADCstation PC software controls all functions, executes the defined protocols, and manages data evaluation and results.
Key features
- Fully automated benchtop ELISA workstation covering pipetting, dilution, incubation, washing, and microplate reading in one platform.
- Microplate capacity: processes up to 5 microplates, with 12 sample/reagent rail positions on the workbench (per manufacturer catalog).
- Air-displacement pipetting with disposable tips to help prevent sample carryover and cross-contamination associated with washable-tip systems.
- Real-time tip monitoring that checks tip presence and seating during loading, pipetting, and ejection.
- Liquid-handling process monitoring with liquid-level detection, pressure-based clot detection, and tube-volume monitoring; faulty channels on multi-channel heads can be deactivated so processing continues.
- Dynamic pipetting-channel positioning: independent vertical movement and automatic, adjustable channel spacing for flexible sample transfer.
- Shaker-incubator array with individually controlled temperature and shaking; optional light-protection covers for plates during incubation.
- 96-well microplate washer module with a specified residual volume of less than 2 µl per well after aspiration; configurable wash buffer, wash mode, volume, cycles, and soak time; carrier holds up to three plates to reduce bottlenecks.
- Integrated photometric microplate reader matched to ELISA assays, with reading and result assignment integrated into ADCstation.
- Multi-angle barcode reader for sample tube and reagent carrier identification, including detection of tubes without barcodes and empty rack positions.
- Plate-transfer arm that retains its grip on the plate even during a power failure.
- ADCstation control software for protocol definition, execution, evaluation, and access to results and process data.
