Perlove PLX118F C-Arm system with Dynamic detector
The Perlove PLX118F is a high-frequency mobile C-arm fluoroscopy system built around a 9" × 9" dynamic flat-panel detector (FPD). Manufactured by Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., it is a floor-standing, wheel-mobile imaging unit designed for intraoperative real-time X-ray imaging in hospitals and surgical centres. The system is used in orthopaedic procedures (fracture reduction, reset and fixation), and in surgical, interventional, and catheterisation workflows such as foreign-body localisation, pacemaker implantation, and selected angiographic and spot imaging. It is intended for use by trained radiographers, surgeons, and interventional clinicians.
The PLX118F pairs a 5.0 kW high-frequency monoblock generator with a dynamic flat-panel detector to provide a 9"×9" effective imaging field. The detector replaces a conventional image intensifier, offering a flat, distortion-controlled imaging area. A GPU-based image processing platform (Perlove RCDP – Rapid Calculate Display Platform) handles real-time image processing, and a touch-screen interface with APR (Anatomical Programmed Radiography) presets supports parameter setup at the unit. The system supports a standard DICOM interface for connection to hospital PACS.
