The Perlove PLX118F-Plus is a mobile high-frequency surgical C-arm X-ray imaging system fitted with a 9" x 9" dynamic flat panel detector (FPD). It is built for hospitals, surgical centres, and specialty clinics in the Philippines that require real-time fluoroscopy and radiographic imaging at the point of care. The system is used to support intraoperative visualisation in orthopaedics (fracture reduction, fixation, and bone repositioning), general and trauma surgery, interventional procedures, cardiac catheterisation and pacemaker placement, angiography, pain management, and foreign-body localisation.

Manufactured by Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., the PLX118F-Plus integrates a combined high-frequency high-voltage generator, an X-ray tube, a dynamic flat panel detector, and a digital acquisition and processing workstation into a single mobile platform. The flat panel detector provides a square 9" x 9" imaging field that increases the viewable area by approximately 22% compared with a conventional 9" image intensifier, and its 16-bit grayscale depth supports detailed image rendering.
