The Perlove PLX118WF-Plus is a wireless mobile flat-panel-detector (FPD) C-arm imaging system from Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. It is an intraoperative X-ray system that produces real-time fluoroscopic and radiographic images during surgical procedures. It is intended for use by trained radiographers, surgeons, and clinical staff in hospital operating rooms and surgical centers, with typical applications in orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, pain management, general surgery, and vascular imaging (radiography and fluoroscopy with DSA).

Built around a large-area amorphous-silicon (a-Si) dynamic flat-panel detector, the PLX118WF-Plus captures images with a wide dynamic range and 16-bit grayscale depth. Its wireless architecture links the C-arm gantry and the monitor trolley over a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi connection, removing cabling between the two units for more flexible positioning in the surgical suite.
