The Mindray CL-2600i Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer is a fully automated, floor-standing in vitro diagnostic system designed for mid-volume clinical laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across the Philippines. It performs chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) testing on blood serum and plasma samples, supporting menus such as thyroid function, cardiac and inflammation markers, fertility and reproductive hormones, infectious disease serology, and tumor-associated markers (assay availability varies by registered reagent kit). The CL-2600i is built for laboratories that need high-throughput immunoassay capability within a compact footprint of less than one square meter.

How the System Works

The CL-2600i uses a sandwich immunoassay format with paramagnetic microparticles and alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-labeled antibodies. After magnetic separation and washing, an AMPPD chemiluminescent substrate is added, and the emitted light is measured by a photomultiplier tube (PMT) using photon-counting detection. Mindray's FS-Sampling (Full-Scene Sampling) technology identifies sample containers using onboard databases and algorithms to support accurate sample aspiration, while 360-degree waterfall vacuum washing with enhanced washing helps keep carryover below 0.1 ppm.
