The Mindray BS-240Pro is a fully automated, benchtop clinical chemistry analyzer (closed system) designed for in vitro quantitative determination of clinical chemistry parameters in serum, plasma, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid. It is built for trained laboratory personnel in hospital laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and reference laboratories across the Philippines that need reliable random-access chemistry testing in a compact, robust footprint.
Built around a gratings photometer, the BS-240Pro performs absorbance photometry and turbidimetric measurements, with an optional Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) module for electrolytes (K+, Na+, Cl-) that is designed for easy access and servicing. It delivers throughput of up to 240 tests per hour (up to 400 tests per hour with the ISE module), with large and flexible capacity for up to 100 sample positions and up to 100 reagent positions (50 fixed + 50 interchangeable) in an onboard refrigerated compartment. As a closed reagent system, it is configured to run with Mindray reagents for consistent, traceable performance.
