The Mindray BC-780 Auto Hematology Analyzer with ESR (with RETICS) is a fully automated 5-part differential hematology analyzer that combines a complete blood count (CBC), reticulocyte analysis (RET), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in a single integrated system. Part of Mindray's BC-700 Series, it is built for small-to-medium-volume laboratories, hospital labs, and diagnostic centers in the Philippines that need consolidated CBC, RET, and ESR reporting from one compact instrument with continuous autoloading.

The BC-780 runs the sample on board and reports CBC, DIFF, RET, and ESR results from a single test cycle, reducing the number of separate instruments and manual handling steps in the laboratory workflow. It uses Mindray's SF Cube three-dimensional fluorescence technology to count and characterize cell populations, including immature granulocytes (IMG), reticulocytes (RET), and the immature platelet fraction (IPF).
