The Mindray BC-5120 Auto Hematology Analyzer is a compact, fully automated 5-part differential blood cell counter built for small to medium-volume laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers in the Philippines. It performs a complete blood count (CBC) with a 5-part white blood cell differential, reporting up to 35 parameters per sample so laboratory professionals can review red cell, white cell, and platelet results from a single bench-top instrument.

Designed for routine daily workloads, the BC-5120 combines flow cytometry with laser scatter and a chemical dye method for WBC differentiation, the electrical impedance method for RBC and platelet counting, and a cyanide-free reagent for hemoglobin measurement. A large 10.4-inch color touchscreen, on-board data storage, and LIS/HIS connectivity support an efficient, paper-light laboratory workflow.
