The Mindray BS-430 is a floor-standing, fully automated clinical chemistry analyzer (closed/standalone configuration) built for small to mid-workload laboratories that need a dependable, cost-efficient one-stop chemistry solution. It is well suited to Philippine hospital laboratories, clinics, diagnostic centers, and reference labs running an estimated 200–800 chemistry tests per day. As a closed system, the BS-430 is designed to run with Mindray's matched instrument, reagents, and calibrators (the manufacturer's "AAA" approach) for traceable, reproducible results.

The analyzer performs a constant 420 photometric tests per hour, expandable to approximately 626 tests per hour when the optional Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) module is added for electrolytes (Na+/K+/Cl−). It handles routine and special chemistries including liver, kidney, lipid, glucose, and protein panels, and supports onboard HbA1c testing through Mindray's smart-sampling technology, which prepares the hemolysate automatically from whole-blood samples to shorten turnaround time and reduce manual biohazard handling.
