The Medsinglong MSLTA48 Autoclave (18L) is a benchtop steam steriliser built for the daily reprocessing needs of clinics, dental and veterinary practices, laboratories, tattoo and aesthetic studios, and small surgical or outpatient facilities. With an 18-litre stainless steel chamber, it sterilises instruments, handpieces, wrapped packs, textiles and selected liquids using saturated steam under pressure, then dries the load in the same cycle so items are ready to store or use.

This is a pre/post-vacuum (Class B type) unit: an active vacuum phase removes air from the chamber and from hollow and porous loads before steam injection, helping steam reach internal surfaces, and a post-cycle vacuum-drying stage reduces residual moisture on the load. Operation is managed from an LCD control panel that displays time, temperature, pressure and cycle status, with selectable programmes for unwrapped, wrapped, textile and other loads, plus built-in test cycles (Bowie & Dick, Helix and vacuum test) for routine performance checks.
