Start with samples per run, not samples per day
All of these use magnetic-bead chemistry and run the same core sequence — lysis, binding to magnetic beads, washing, elution — automatically after a one-touch start. What separates them is batch size.
- The Nexor 96 is the high-capacity option in the range, built for laboratories scaling up PCR and molecular testing.
- The Nexor 32M uses a 32-channel magnetic-bar configuration — a compact walk-away platform for laboratories that do not need 96 at a time.
- The NA2288 is a benchtop system operated through a touchscreen with one-touch start, aimed at PCR and qPCR workflows.

- The NA4424 automates bisulfite (sulfite) conversion in the same run as extraction and purification — the chemical step used to prepare DNA for methylation analysis. If methylation work is on your roadmap, this is the only system here that covers it.
- The ADC CH196 is floor-standing rather than benchtop, and carries the run from raw sample through lysis, binding, washing and elution and then on to template distribution — setting up the PCR reactions. It is aimed at laboratories standardising extraction and PCR setup together with minimal handling.
If your bottleneck is pipetting reactions after extraction rather than the extraction itself, the CH196 removes a step the others leave with you.
